Healthy Eating-today's concern

As we all know that among main basic needs of our life,food it one of them.We need food for proper growth and development of our body.We must eat healthy food.Only healthy food helps us remain fit and it also maintains our physical,mental and social health as well.
For a perfect score in health,everyone must develop their tendency towards healthy eating habits.Especially,green vegetables and food are healthy for our body.Similarly,fish and meat are also healthy for us.Of course,milk is also good for our health.Instead of eating junk and preserved foods we must develop our tendency towards eating fresh and if possible raw foods.
